• Auto Butler sets up and an agreed upon maintenance schedule with you.
• Your company is given a specific day(s) in a month that we come to your site.
• All of your fleet vehicles mileage is checked and updated in our online system (whether or not the vehicle is due for service).
• Vehicles due for service(s) are attended to by an Auto Butler maintenance specialist.
• All services are individually recorded and invoiced.
• Vehicles are inspected and outcomes are noted on each invoice.
• Invoices are faxed, mailed or emailed to your accounting personnel.

How we do it... Auto Butler uses high quality oil and products.  We have trained employees who take pride in each and every vehicle serviced.

Auto Butler Goal 2: Keep our clients fleet vehicles maintenance up to date and hassle free.

How we do it... We track and perform the general maintenance that is needed on your vehicles.  We have an online reporting system that tracks the mileage and service intervals for your vehicle and helps us track what services your vehicles need and how often. 

All invoicing is managed online so that our clients have 24/7 access to all services and costs at the click of a button.  Auto Butler is a preferred vendor through most of the common lease manage companies and excepts all fleet maintenance cards.

Auto Butler Goal 3: Keep our clients fleet vehicles working and out of the neiborhood lube shop during their normal business hours.

How we do it... We service your fleet vehicles during your off hours.  Our service hours start as early as 4am and end as late as 11 pm.
