On Site Fees

TRIP CHARGE:

In order to offset the major increase in fuel and oil costs that are being applied throughout the Lube industry, effective immediately, Auto Butler will apply a trip charge for each on site visit.  This charge will be based on the one way distance traveled from Riverside (12490 Magnolia Ave 92503) to your fleet service location(s).  The fee will be added to one of the invoices of a serviced vehicle unless you specifically request to have a separate invoice for the trip charge.

Trip Charge schedule:

 0 – 20 miles à $25

21 – 40 miles à $50

41 – 60 miles à $75

61 – 80 miles à $100

Over 80+ miles à add $25 for each additional 20 miles traveled one way.

NO SHOW CHARGE:

Unfortunately, we have been faced with the issue of our clients changing the service locations or meeting dates and times and not notifying Auto Butler.  Therefore, in addition to the trip charge, there will be a no show fee assessed in the amount equal to the trip charge.

No Show Charge schedule: 

0 – 20 miles à $25

21 – 40 miles à $50

41 – 60 miles à $75

61 – 80 miles à $100

LATE CHARGE:

The late charge will be assessed when your fleet is not available for service within ½ hour of the scheduled start time. The fee will be the amount of $25. After 1 hour, the lube truck will leave the location and you will be charged for a No Show.
